Cushman & Wakefield Las Vegas Selected for Leasing Assignments by Three Investors with First-Time Entrance into Southern Nevada

  Las Vegas, Nevada, May 16, 2019 ---Cushman & Wakefield (CW) Las Vegas announced today the agency/leasing assignments of office product assets from three, out-of-state investors with first-time entrance into the Southern Nevada market. Nourison Selects Las Vegas for its First West Coast Distribution Facility

Las Vegas, NV – February 13, 2019 --  New Jersey-based Nourison Industries, a leading floor covering and home accents manufacturer, has selected North Las Vegas as its regional distribution facility – signing a long-term lease for approximately 121,000 square feet. Nourison will occupy a portion of the Prologis I-15 Speedway Logistics Center, located at 5245 N. Sloan Ln., a speculative industrial business park developed by San Francisco-based REIT, Prologis. The new location will serve the Pacific Northwest, West Coast, Southwest, and Mountain States, increasing its speed-to-market and delivery times. Cushman & Wakefield Las Vegas Retained for Major Power Center in SW Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS, NEVADA – March 1, 2019 – Cushman & Wakefield (C &W) Las Vegas has procured the exclusive agency leasing assignment for the Tropicana Beltway power center near Tropicana and the 215 Beltway in southwest Las Vegas. Previously leased by the former owners in-house for over 15 years, the Tropicana Beltway Center features a national tenant mix, with major anchors Lowe’s and Walmart.  C&W Senior Director, Dan Hubbard, successfully procured the assignment which is located at the southeast corner of Tropicana Avenue and Fort Apache Road.
