Class A Office in The District at Green Valley Ranch Sells for $19 Million

LAS VEGAS, November 11, 2019 – Cushman & Wakefield completed the sale of 2200 Paseo Verde, a 60,499-square-foot (sf) office building located at 2200 Paseo Verde Parkway in Henderson, Nevada. PREH Paseo Verde, LLC purchased the property from Pacific Oak SOR II. Charles Moore, Marlene Fujita and Hunter Bradshaw of Cushman & Wakefield brokered the $19,450,000 sale on behalf of the seller. “We’re delighted for new ownership. This is a great building in a solid trade area whose position in the heart of The District near Cheesecake Factory, P.F. Chang’s and Whole Foods couldn’t be better,” stated Moore. Landstar Purchases 5 Acres in West Henderson for Future Industrial Development

LAS VEGAS, October 21, 2019 – Cushman & Wakefield announced that Landstar, one of the top industrial investors in Las Vegas, purchased five acres on East Bruner Avenue in the West Henderson submarket for a future industrial development. The multi-tenant spec industrial project will be a joint venture with BrassCap. Cushman & Wakefield Industrial Team Lease and Sell Approximately 100,000 SF

LAS VEGAS, September 16, 2019 – The industrial Cushman & Wakefield team of Danielle Steffen, SIOR and Amy Ogden, SIOR recently leased a total of 79,756 square feet (sf) of industrial space in Las Vegas and sold a +/-17,000 sf building to a longtime client, Land Star Management. Insomniac takes an additional 107,000 sf at Lone Mountain Corporate Center LAS VEGAS– June 24, 2019 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today, Insomniac Holdings, LLC, a leading event management company with headquarters in Beverly Hills, California, has signed a 5-year lease at Lone Mountain Corporate Center in the North Las Vegas industrial submarket of Southern Nevada. Senior Directors, Alma Cuevas and Jason Griffis, from Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant at the project. Insomnaic will occupy an additional 107,000 square feet of industrial space and double their existing, adjacent facility within the industrial complex.
